 
                        A significant part of Eric’s real estate success comes from staying current with market trends, technology, and education – all leveraged to his client’s advantage. In 2013 Eric received his Broker licensure, a level of certification that only 1 out of 10 real estate licensees in the country ever reach. The required training has added a crucial component to his ability to interact with and mentor fellow realtors®, manage sales teams, and uphold the industry code of ethics and standards. “In collaborating with my peers, and acting in our client’s best interests, I am now also held to a higher standard of conduct and professionalism. It not only aids me to be successful, it helps uplift the entire brokerage industry to be better recognized and respected.” In addition, Eric has received the distinguished NJAR Circle of Excellence Award for 2013 (based on sales volume), joining a cadre of the most successful agents in the area.
When he’s not working with clients, Eric enjoys time with family and friends. “It’s important to keep things in perspective and remember why we do what we do. It’s about our quality of life and the happiness of those we care for.” In his off-hours he tours museums, art galleries, jazz venues, and restaurants in the NY metro area. An avid world traveler having visited over 25 countries, and with an interest in culture and languages, “I try to explore at least one new country every year, and learn a new language every ten. So far so good!”
